Information you provide

Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, name, verified email address, and profile image when available. Hypoo uses this information to create your account and let you manage campaigns. We do not receive your Google password. Campaign titles, descriptions, covers, schedules, tags, and target links are stored when you save them.

What other people can see

Published campaigns can be opened without signing in. Public campaigns appear in the catalog; unlisted campaigns can still be viewed and shared by anyone with the link. Campaign content and the organizer name are visible on the public page. Do not publish private information about yourself or others.

Browser storage and sessions

Your checklist progress and theme preference are saved in your browser. Checklist ticks are personal reminders, not verified social-media activity, and are not synchronized across devices. Hypoo uses session and security cookies for sign-in, form protection, and guest features. Read our Cookies page for controls and limitations.

AI writing assistance

When you request AI suggestions, relevant campaign text, active tags, timeline instructions, optional target-post details, and writing preferences are sent to the configured AI provider (OpenAI or Groq). Avoid entering sensitive personal information. New suggestions are kept in temporary cache for 6 hours, rather than saved as database records. Matching suggestions based only on public campaign context may be reused. Suggestions using your additional context or favorite detail are restricted to your account or guest session. Provider handling is described in OpenAI’s privacy policy and Groq’s privacy policy.

When guest verification is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies requests to help prevent automated abuse.

Service providers and external links

Google handles authentication. Hosting infrastructure processes requests and may retain operational logs for reliability and security. Opening a social-media link or using a share button takes you to another service governed by its own policies. Hypoo generates campaign QR codes in your browser without an external QR service.

Optional website analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics receives visit and usage information, such as page URLs, device/browser information, and interactions. Google may use cookies for this measurement. Hypoo does not explicitly attach your account name, email, AI drafts, or personal checklist to Analytics events. See Google’s privacy policy and our Cookies page for more information.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can edit, unpublish, or delete campaigns you own. Browser-stored progress can be removed through your browser’s site-data controls. Copies already shared outside Hypoo may remain elsewhere. For account access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email deukaefied@gmail.com from your account email where possible. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
